- I would suspect that your computer is actually changing the DTE. Make
- sure you have AutoBaud off and if you are having your modem report back
- the DCE (W2) upon connect, change it to report back the DTE (W0).

- Let us know if that does not solve the problem. We also have a beta
- release of version 1.44-04 rom code posted on our Web page (What's New
- page) if you want to try a more updated rom version. However, I suspect
- that the solution discussed above will resolve this for you.
